Often we think of a leader having all the answers and the one setting  vision for people.  While it is true that leaders must answer questions and set  vision they must also have an even greater ability to ask good questions.  We had a conversation with Dr. Peter Shaw  who has spent years writing books and coaching others on leadership and asking really good questions through it all.  We hope you enjoy our conversation with Dr. Peter Shaw.
